Competencies are behaviors, skills, or mindsets that describe excellent performance.
They are success factors or standards specific to your company. Through interviews
with people in your corporation at various locations and job levels, IDI will
assist in recording, coding, and summarizing key success factors. Individuals
from your organization will give examples of specific actions that are effective
for them in key areas such as customer service or team communication. Focus
groups with other groups at your organization and data from other corporations
in and out of our industry will be used to confirm the competencies.
